DFIN University is included with your ActiveDisclosure membership and provides a pathway to learn more about ActiveDisclosure so you can become an expert in multiple facets of SEC reporting and the ActiveDisclosure software itself. There are many options available in DFIN University:

• Certifications: Pathways to learn more about the software. These cover the basics of how to get started with ActiveDisclosure to more advanced topics.
• Webinars: Upcoming live webinars and webinar recordings that cover a wide range of topics.
• CPE Credits: Continuing Professional Education credits are currently offered for select live webinars to clients with a qualifying Service Package.

Access DFIN University

DFIN University can be accessed at university.dfinsolutions.com. Enter the same credentials that you use to access ActiveDisclosure when accessing DFIN University. Once logged in, select ActiveDisclosure to register for a certification course or webinar. 

You must register for webinars prior to attending.

Certifications are included with your ActiveDisclosure subscription and take a couple of hours to complete. You must complete each course sequentially and pass each test to receive your certification.

To access DFIN University within ActiveDisclosure, click the Main Menu icon and select DFIN U at bottom left.

CPE credits

We are offering CPE credits for attendees with qualifying service packages or product bundles. To qualify for the credits:

• Your team must have purchased a qualifying service package or product bundle. Eligible options include the Premium or Enhanced service packages, as well as the Standard or Premier product bundles.
• All lessons in the Certification courses must be marked complete (even those that are optional).
• You must achieve a 70% or higher on the final assessment in each certification.
• You must complete the final assessment within one year of enrolling in the certification.
• During the webinar, you must:
  • Be present in the webinar for a minimum of 50 minutes.
  • Respond to the three polling questions.
  • Respond to the feedback survey at the end of this webinar.

Upon fulfilling the requirements and having the appropriate service package, we will send your CPE certificate via email. CPE credits will be awarded within 5-10 business days after completion of your certification
